So, I don’t know why I thought to blog about this. But I wanted to write about my study method. I’ve been using it for years. I don’t take notes or make summaries. I underline. I read the book and underline the crucial parts. Then I review it, only reading the underlined parts. I review it every day, week and month. If I did it on Monday the 7th I’ll review it on Tuesday, then the next week on the 14th and then again on the 7th of the next month. Spending time on revision everyday saves so much time during exams. I can study for an exam in only a few days and none of the info seems new or forgotten. I just revise everything I’ve underlined and already revised. Constantly revising means nothings gets old, I’m always able to see the links between stuff. I revise in the mornings before I study that day’s work. Revising usually takes 20minutes, for one chunk and I try not to revise too many chunks in one morning. Right, so that’s how I study. Oh, and I listen to some relaxing music and take regular breaks and my desk in kind of tidy. There we go.
